How to progress

Progress this upper body session by increasing the duration of the holds or adding reps to the ball tap push-up. Focus on minimizing hip sway during plank transitions before increasing speed. Perform this routine 2 times per week, ensuring at least 48 hours of rest between sessions for optimal recovery.
