The workout: This basketball touch passing finishing workout organizes eight specific drills into four paired blocks. It combines rapid hand-eye coordination, lateral footwork, shooting, and wall-passing techniques into a structured flow designed for courts with adjacent wall access.

This 19-minute basketball touch passing finishing workout challenges your coordination by grouping physical conditioning, ball handling, shooting, and passing into a single session. The workout alternates through four paired blocks estimated at 4, 5, 4, and 6 minutes. The timed stations require 2 minutes and 30 seconds of active exertion, while the remaining time accommodates the rep-based shooting, finishing, and wall passes, alongside necessary setup and physical recovery. Adjust your rest intervals between blocks if your movement quality or passing accuracy drops during the repetitions.
